While in Phuket, we took a boat tour to the Ao Phang Nga Bay, which is dotted with forty-two islands. I'm not sure what size of rock would count officially as an island, but each and every one of these rocks rising out of the sea has a name.

I was in a study group with a couple of ladies, and we got into a discussion about how one grows in character and maturity in Christ. There arose some seeming disagreement as to who is responsible for the “growing”, we the believers, or God, or both?
